Yaojie Liu 刘耀杰

Research Scientist, Tech Lead @ Google

I am a senior research scientist at Google. My research is on CV/ML, with particular interests in biometrics, face, XAI, image systhesis, multi-model modeling, and mobile vision. I got my Ph.D. at Michigan State University, where I was fortunate to work with Prof. Xiaoming Liu at Computer Vision Lab (CVLAB). I got my M.S. from Ohio State Univeristy and B.E. from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.

Personal

I do snowboarding since 2014 and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu since 2013.
I also love traveling, climbing, hiking and many other outdoor activities.
I cook hometown food when I’m homesick.
I have a 3-year-old-but-still-a-puppy beagle and her name is Bagel.
